Comfortable, modern room with nice, clean sheets. The hotel is located by a beautiful garden, which brings a serene and lovely atmosphere. 🌿

I had a relaxing stay. Really enjoyed Quesada, the hotel was stunningly beautiful to landmarks. Everything was excellent and the staff was really helpful and pretty friendly. The room was new-fashioned with a large bath. I had the continental breakfast. Also, location was excellent and good, within easy walking distance of a Catholic church.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable and clean accommodation. the location is great, close to many delicious restaurants and the downtown area. the room was very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Costa Rican dish Gallo Pinto. the garden is beautiful with exotic plants, fruit, and even some wildlife.

The hotel could improve by providing more information about the local attractions and activities nearby, especially for those who are new to the area.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Ciudad Quesada downtown. The first thing that impressed me was the amazing view of Volkano Arenal from my room's large window. It was like a dream! The room itself was very comfortable, with fresh crisp linens and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner, David, even went out of his way to assist with breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was the best I had during my entire trip! The hotel's lovely flower garden added a touch of beauty to the overall experience.
